Key challenges you will tackle include:
Define and communicate a clear, data-backed roadmap for your product areas.
Translate customer pain points into simple web and mobile workflows that save hours each day.
Work with data scientists to turn billions of sensor events into actionable, measurable AI features.
Establish success metrics, launch betas, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
Collaborate across time zones with design, engineering, sales, support, and marketing.
Spend time with dispatchers, drivers, and back-office teams to keep feedback loops tight.
