The Role:
- This is not a research role; you will write code and ship to production.
- You will own outcomes end to end, from scoping to deployment.
What You'll Do:
- Scope and design technical solutions for live business problems.
- Build production tools end to end, including data pipelines and backend architecture.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to turn ambiguous asks into shipped features.
What We Look For:
- 1–3 years of experience or a strong track record of building things.
- Strong CS fundamentals and comfort shipping production code.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and bias toward outcomes.
