What You'll Do:

  • Conduct technical analysis of security events and support containment, investigation, and remediation.
  • Analyze network and host-based security logs from EDR, firewalls, and SIEM to determine actions.
  • Escalate intrusion events and threat indicators to appropriate stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing competing demands and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively across teams and build strong partnerships with engineering and security.
  • Navigate complexity without waiting for perfect information, giving and receiving direct feedback.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of SOC, incident response, or cyber forensics experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Splunk SIEM, security device logs, and cyber incident handling.
  • Understanding of network architecture, TCP/IP, web application security, and malware categories.
