The Role:
- Build and own tax as a standalone function reporting to the VP Finance.
- Flex the level from Analyst to Manager depending on experience.
- Pick up live work from week one including US sales tax and adviser relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Take full ownership of the US sales tax estate and approve returns.
- Map the complete EU VAT obligation and own German/Luxembourg branch tax compliance.
- Build a tax obligations register and lead intercompany/transfer pricing reviews.
Who You Are:
- International or cross-border tax background with EU VAT as core.
- Comfortable managing external advisers and making nexus/registration judgements.
- Ready to build processes from a standing start and absorb institutional context fast.
