Sr. Product Designer

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity and actively shapes product direction through strategic design decisions. You'll use AI-enhanced design workflows to explore and prototype quickly, while also collaborating closely with engineering and product to deliver meaningful solutions. This role also requires proactive learning in a complex, science-driven space, where designers are expected to self-direct their understanding of concepts in order to keep pace with a fast-moving development environment and contribute meaningfully to product direction. You'll work on complex problems that span our platform and business. You'll be expected to balance creative exploration with pragmatic delivery, setting explicit time boxes for ideation versus detailed definition. Your success will be measured by business impact and your ability to accelerate our path to product-market fit. You'll help create scalable design patterns, expand our design system, and encourage regular feedback and iteration.
