The role:
- Support commercial underwriting for new business, renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments.
- Assess risk and analyse client portfolios to ensure appropriate cover and pricing.
What you'll do:
- Communicate with clients, brokers, insurers, and internal teams professionally.
- Maintain accurate electronic records for audit and compliance.
- Assist with invoicing, refunds, and general policy administration.
What you'll need:
- Matric and hands-on experience with commercial short-term insurance policies.
- Strong written and spoken English, and confidence speaking to clients.
- South African citizenship and residence, with fibre internet (50/50 Mbps minimum).
How we work:
- Fully remote with shifts aligned to UK or Australian business hours.
- Onboarding and training into client systems and processes.
