Job Description
Marketing & Brand Strategy:
- Own and evolve the Minty ecosystem marketing strategy.
- Define and maintain brand narrative and voice.
- Build a cohesive brand system.
Go-To-Market & Demand Generation:
- Partner with the CRO and Product teams to design and execute GTM strategies.
- Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline generation and product launches.
- Develop integrated campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and partner channels.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small, high-impact marketing team.
- Set clear goals, development plans, and feedback loops.
- Hire additional talent as needed to support growth.
