Scrum Master

In the Scrum Master role, you will serve as the leader for your team by ensuring clear communication and helping the team reach its goal. The role operates in an Agile environment that continuously deploys code and requires a solid understanding of the full software lifecycle, including DevSecOps, Software Development, System Integration, Infrastructure Management, and Cyber Security related to public-facing government products. Responsibilities include facilitating sprint ceremonies, using tools like Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Teams, coordinating between stakeholders, helping the team with priorities and direction, removing impediments, analyzing procedures, documenting requirements, and supporting the technical team through coaching and mentorship. The role requires 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment and intermediate skills in Jira and Confluence.
