Migrate data-platform infrastructure and workloads from legacy environments to modern AWS-based infrastructure (us-east-2).
Support connectivity, deployment, and operational prerequisites for workloads moving to AWS.
Operate and migrate Snowflake, Confluent/Kafka, AWS, and related data-platform infrastructure across development, stage, and production environments.

Qualifications:

3+ years of senior-level production data-platform engineering experience with a platform or DevOps orientation.
Strong Python, Bash, and SQL skills with production experience in Snowflake, Confluent/Kafka, and AWS.
Experience with least-privilege access, change control, secrets handling, and secure operational practices.

Tools & Platforms:

Snowflake, Confluent/Apache Kafka, AWS, Terraform, GitLab, and production monitoring tools.
Python, Bash, and SQL.
Familiarity with Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Snowpark, and data-quality tools is a plus.
