Threat Research Engineer

Made up of six subteams (Dashboard, Engine, Infrastructure, Integrations, Threat Research & Security), the DataDome tech team is spread across Europe and the US. The team handles over 2 000 billion events per day giving responses within 3ms (99p). A Research Engineer will integrate the Threats Research team which is responsible for constantly improving the detection capabilities through data analytics and machine learning. You will be in charge of improving automated fraud detection, challenging DataDome’s detection mechanisms, and creating automated detection automations. You'll also improve proxy detection leveraging automations and network knowledge and analyse fraud tools and frameworks. Sharing Threat Research Know-how by documenting improvements and results internally and externally is another important aspect of the role.
