Role Overview:
- Manage complex pursuits and proposal efforts for Dewberry's Federal Market operations.
- Collaborate with technical, proposal, and graphics staff to produce compliant, compelling submittals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop win strategies, sales messages, and pursuit team assembly with business unit managers and market leaders.
- Manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously across diverse service offerings.
- Maintain client action plans, support market research, and represent the firm at events and networking opportunities.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 10 years producing and managing proposals.
- Strong project management, delegation, and proposal management skills.
- Extensive MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign experience; CRM desired.
