About the Role:
- You will conduct timely, objective investigations into employee theft, fraud, and policy violations across ALO stores.
- You will analyze exception-based reporting and operational intelligence to build defensible case files.
- You will partner with HR, Legal, Asset Protection, and law enforcement to support resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal investigations and use AI-enabled tools to identify patterns and prioritize leads.
- Analyze transactional, refund, gift card, video, RFID, and ecommerce data to corroborate allegations and quantify loss.
- Prepare case reports, preserve evidence, and support restitution and prosecution workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bring 5+ years of internal investigations or loss prevention experience, ideally in multi-unit retail.
- Hold current Wicklander-Zulawski certification and strong interviewing skills.
- Demonstrate high integrity, sound judgment, and ability to travel as needed.
