Job Description
Drive product development from conception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and legal. Oversee and guide the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact. Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind. Champion a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with regulatory compliance and risk management. Deliver detailed product requirement documents and design; propose implementation plans; iterate on feedback; and ship products promptly. Act as a key decision-maker in defining product requirements and specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver tangible value to users. Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately. Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested. Analyze product performance data, create product competition analysis, market research, and maintain the product's competitive advantage.
