Molt Legal Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced remote paralegal to join their contract support team. This position will provide ongoing support to a team of three attorneys.
Partnering with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions, and key case filings.
Conducting in-depth research and analyzing case materials to support litigation strategy.
Drafting and managing discovery, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admissions.

Handle demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges independently.

Engage in settlement activities, including attending mediations, and ensure compliance with administrative tasks.
