Support Group Facilitator

About the Role:

• As a Support Group Facilitator, you will cultivate spaces for trans, nonbinary, and non-cis people to share experiences.
• You will balance organic peer conversation with purposeful structure using intentional sessions and defined takeaways.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate live virtual groups, taking an empathetic, proactive approach to members' emotional needs.
• Create agendas and activities using Plume's monthly themes and templates.
• Engage with participants and use conflict resolution skills to maintain group agreements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years as a facilitator or peer support specialist, with experience supporting trans/nonbinary individuals.
• Comfort with sensitive topics like coming out, mental health, identity, and safety in group settings.
• Experience with Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets, and virtual facilitation.
