About the role:
- As a part-time NP, you will provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients remotely.
- You'll focus on onboarding, follow-up care, and managing labs and prescriptions.
- We leverage technology and have a large support team to handle logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evidence-based virtual evaluations and maintain accurate records.
- Order lab tests, interpret results, and prescribe medications.
- Respond to patient questions with clarity and care, maintaining high satisfaction scores.
Must-Have:
- Deep understanding of the trans experience and at least one active license.
- Experience prescribing behavioral health medications and using GAHT guidelines.
- Comfort with 100% remote care and strong technical skills.
