In this role, you will spearhead efforts to integrate traditional financial markets with our crypto-native ecosystem, bridge institutional capital to the decentralized world, and develop innovative RWA-focused products that expand our capital markets strategy. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure the seamless onchain integration of real-world financial assets and structures.

Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with top-tier KOLs in the crypto space. Negotiate partnership terms and manage KOL contracts. Coordinate with KOLs to create engaging, authentic, and impactful content that drives brand awareness and growth. Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the KOL network. Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of KOL campaigns.

Planning and executing crypto-related events, conferences, and meet-ups is a key responsibility. This role involves collaborating with industry experts, sponsors, and speakers to develop event concepts that align with the latest trends in the crypto space. The event manager will oversee logistics, including venue selection and technical requirements, and manage event budgets, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Lead the end-to-end design process—transforming deep user insights into elegant, intuitive solutions that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable results. Shape the user experience from research and ideation through prototyping, usability testing, and delivery of production-ready UI. Be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for crafting exceptional products and the ability to navigate complex design challenges with clarity and creativity.
