Key responsibilities include: Review and Update Patient Care Plans - ensure patient care plans are current and accurately reflect the care required. Manage Authorization Requests to Insurance companies - handle the process of obtaining necessary authorizations from insurance providers efficiently. Review and Update Patient Records in the EMR - maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records for all patients. Attend Care Plan Meetings to Collate the Final Care Plan - participate in care plan meetings, contributing valuable insights to finalize comprehensive care plans. Manage MD Orders for Patients - oversee and implement medical doctor orders to ensure patients receive the prescribed care.
