Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Sales Growth to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Research and identify new business opportunities through online databases, social media, cold outreach, and industry-specific directories.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, particularly focused on skilled nursing facilities, long-term care providers, and post-acute healthcare operators.
Make outbound calls to patient homes to complete short satisfaction surveys about their care experience.
Verify each patient’s Primary Care Provider (PCP) information.
Document all findings accurately in HHAExchange : Enter survey responses in the patient’s notes section and Update PCP details in the patient’s profile.
