As an Associate Clinical Director (ACD) at PHM, you’ll help patients in their deepest moment of need to challenge the status quo and go beyond the standard of care to achieve the best possible health outcomes. You’ll serve as the lead clinician and engagement manager collaborating with team members through our process to uncover opportunities to improve your client’s care. You will identify and engage with top experts, and guide patients to optimized care plans.

The Clinical Appeals Specialist manages patient medical necessity denials for multiple service lines. They will conduct comprehensive analytic reviews of clinical documentation to determine if an appeal is warranted per state and Federal guidelines and write sound, compelling factual arguments. The role also handles audit-related correspondence and other administrative duties.

This key leadership role within the US Oncology Network will be a thought leader for Medical Physics across the network, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to safety standards. The director will develop strategies, policies, and programs that enhance medical physics services across the network, establish strong working relationships with physicists, and promote emerging quality and clinical practice standards.
