Make outbound calls to patient homes to complete short satisfaction surveys about their care experience.
Verify each patient’s Primary Care Provider (PCP) information.
Identify any service concerns and promptly notify the supervisor in accordance with established SOPs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or customer service strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
