The Role:
- Support families and caregivers by collecting and verifying documents.
- Make and receive calls to guide them through the process.
- Ensure everything is accurate and compliant, track expirations, and send reminders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
- Communicate compassionately with families via phone, text, and email.
- Collaborate with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams.
The Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
