Role Overview:

  • Connect with potential and existing patients by phone.
  • Complete brief intakes and educate them about available services.
  • Schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to explain services and assist with enrollment.
  • Complete short intake forms to collect demographic, eligibility, and clinical information.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly and accurately in the company’s EHR system.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or patient access role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort making or receiving high volumes of calls daily.
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish), both oral and written, is required.
