Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls, and transfer and direct calls.
- Responsible for all front office patient coordination and complete in a timely manner.
- Communicate with patients, clients, Team Members, peers and leadership.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Healthcare experience and experience with scheduling appointments and EMR and EHR databases.
- Strong computer experience, including working in an Electronic Medical Record or Electronic Health Records.
