Key Responsibilities:
- Initial Report/ Start of Care pulled up daily.
- Discharge Report to be run daily.
- Reassessment Report to be run weekly.
Tasks:
- Assigning RNs to complete the visits.
- Following up with RNs on the first day of service reminding them of visits and confirming their completion.
- Following up on RNs paperwork.
Additional Information:
- Assist RNs in scheduling visits if needed.
- Assist with authorization for visits as needed.
- Knowledge and capability to utilize our current softwares.
