About the Role:
- Design and develop scalable backend solutions for payment dispute management, fraud prevention, and risk automation.
- Own critical backend systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to transform complex merchant challenges into reliable, automated solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience owning backend systems end to end and designing scalable architectures.
- High standards for code quality, testing, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Experience mentoring engineers and working in a remote, distributed environment.
