New Product Engineer (Front-end focus, mid-level)

We're seeking a Product Engineer with a focus on the frontend to collaborate on the development of the Common MVP, which visualizes networks of solidarity economy funders, organizations, and networks to facilitate collaboration, resource movement, and democratic governance. You should have at least 2-3 years of experience, some familiarity with the full stack, and solid experience with React / Next.js for frontend development. You will iterate and develop new features on the Common platform using our selected technology stack (Next.js, React, TypeScript, tRPC, Tailwind, Supabase, Vercel) with a strong focus on co-design. Improving our core UI kit to be robust and re-usable across our ecosystem while bringing bits of joy and polish to the app. Working directly with our head of design and the development team to implement UI/UX features and interactive components on the platform. Ensure the platform meets accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance).
