Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager, you will:

  • Own the partnership between Customer Experience and Product for assigned domains.
  • Lead the portfolio of risk, fraud, identity, and payments programs, managing projects end-to-end.
  • Drive operational excellence by eliminating root causes and automating repeatable interactions.

You will also:

  • Maintain scorecards to measure program impact on key metrics such as Contact Rate and CSAT.
  • Coordinate cross-functional program delivery, working with partner teams to resolve high-priority issues.
  • Ensure launch readiness through checklists and alignment with operations and platform partners.

Bring your:

  • Proven experience in risk, fraud, identity, or payments domains.
  • Strong program or product management background with end-to-end ownership.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
