Senior Engineer Manager

Lead the development and production releases of robust, observable and intuitive solutions and workflows for healthcare subrogation product lines. Manage a small and nimble team of developers who own the backend services for Machinify’s Subrogation product. Develop plans and track production features for on-time quality releases. Understand with data what slows your team down, and develop phased plans to reduce pain points and increase velocity. Own projects aligned with our product development strategy. Influence the direction of the underlying platform to ensure it is extensible, scalable, and secure. Measure impact through metrics. Collaborate with team and external stakeholders such as Product Managers, Backend and Frontend Engineers, UX team, & our customers.
