Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Our client, a leader in financial services, is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to help manage and improve their automated marketing journeys, especially email and WhatsApp. These journeys are important for growing customer relationships and reducing cold calling. You’ll work hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping to build, manage, and optimise customer journeys. You won’t need to do any copywriting or design - this role is focused on technical setup, automation, and data use. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to make sure everything runs smoothly. This role involves setting up and managing marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, WhatsApp), using customer data to personalise communications, supporting campaigns, maintaining data accuracy, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
