Payroll and Benefits Specialist

To continue this trajectory, Blackpoint Cyber is searching for a highly qualified Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our finance team responsible for global payroll and benefits program administration. This role will be responsible for managing PEO Transition, including overseeing the transfer of accurate employee data, setting up and configuring the new internal payroll and benefits administration system workflows and re-establishing internal processes. Also, administering employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement plans and ensuring compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
