Performance Tuning
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Oracle Data Guard instances are always synchronized and create new ones from scratch when needed.
- Lead site migrations with a focus on achieving near-continuous availability.
- Perform performance tuning, incident analysis, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle Data Guard.
- Experience with disaster recovery solutions and RMAN.
Work Schedule:
- Fully remote with possible rotating shifts.
- Must be available for Chilean night shift (00:00–08:00 CLT) or standard business hours (09:00–18:00 CLT).
- On-call support 24/7 at least once a month.
