Your Role:
- Lead creation and maintenance of detailed Revit models for electrical and dry utility systems.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP teams to resolve routing and constructability challenges.
BIM Standards and Quality:
- Develop and enforce electrical BIM modeling standards aligned with ISO 19650.
- Perform model audits and quality checks for electrical accuracy and constructability.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide mentorship to junior BIM specialists and electrical team members.
- Drive innovation in modeling automation, parameterization, and data workflows.
Collaboration and Delivery:
- Act as primary BIM focal point across projects, leading coordination meetings.
- Support project managers and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
