Job Description
This role involves solution development, testing, and training using Microsoft Azure PowerBI, Business Objects, Epic Clarity and Caboodle data models, Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer analyses. The analyst will identify opportunities for leveraging existing reporting assets, work closely with other IT staff, and provide issue resolution during testing. They will troubleshoot data processing failures, recommend changes to data models to improve performance, and provide technical expertise to improve user experience. Responsibilities also include business analysis, data analysis, production support, continuous improvement, project management, tool leadership, and mentorship of junior staff.
