Associate Director of Biostatistics

Leadership and Mentoring:

-Lead and mentor a team of biostatisticians, overseeing their deliverables, growth, and professional development.

-Direct biostatistical contributions to oncology clinical validation projects, ensuring scientific rigor and actionable insights.

-Manage collaborations with CROs, including contracts, deliverables, and performance oversight.

Statistical Innovation:

-Develop and implement novel statistical methods and simulation approaches to support innovative study designs.

-Produce, review, and standardize high-quality documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

-Continuously improve team efficiency and effectiveness through process enhancements and innovative techniques.

Collaboration and Communication:

-Identify risks, communicate concerns, and propose solutions within cross-functional project teams.

-Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex statistical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

-Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment.
