Software Engineer I

About The Role:

• Play a key role in developing innovative solutions to support our mission of treating opioid use disorder through telehealth.
• You'll work across the stack with an emphasis on front-end applications using our core technologies.
• Your work will have a direct impact on patients, clinicians, and our ability to scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop across the stack , with an emphasis on increasing capabilities of front-end apps, delivering impact by supporting team needs.
• Take ownership of your work , with support, by driving small projects from inception to impact, while maintaining an emphasis on code quality.
• Proactive communication, collaboration, and relative autonomy are key in our remote environment.

Skills & Competencies:

• 1+ years experience in engineering , with solid SDLC fundamentals and a strong appetite for learning.
• Product-minded orientation , with an eye towards the customer and a habit of working with the Product team to deliver solutions that are tightly scoped (MVP) to solve business problems quickly.
• Effective collaboration and communication with a habit of leading with curiosity, and clearly communicating technical concepts, roadblocks, and progress with teammates.
