Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Manage SERFF filings for forms, rules, and rates, and maintain forms lists and the filings library.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams for accurate form packages and participate in audits and data calls.
• Maintain the complaint process and engage in marketing and broker development contract reviews.

Qualifications:

• Possess 5+ years of P&C compliance experience, preferably in commercial lines, with strong familiarity with ISO and regulatory websites.
• Demonstrate analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, creative problem-solving, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Onboarding Plan:

• In 30 days, get welcomed, meet the team, and understand product offerings and sales channels.
• In 60 days, become comfortable with products, identify filing improvements, and support the Compliance Director.
• In 90 days, take full ownership of responsibilities and assist others with inquiries, gaining end-to-end product knowledge.
