Job Description

Lead the marketing data and analytics efforts with a focus on attribution, mixed media modeling (MMM), and growth analytics for a direct-to-consumer business. This involves building and executing marketing attribution strategies, analyzing customer acquisition funnels, and driving insights that directly impact growth and retention strategies. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing attribution models, analyzing customer acquisition funnels and lifetime value, building data models in Snowflake using dbt and SQL, creating dashboards in Looker/Omni, designing and analyzing marketing experiments, and translating data into actionable insights. Partner with product, engineering, and customer experience teams on data-driven initiatives.
