Job Description

As a Junior Quantitative Researcher you will contribute to the design, evaluation, and implementation of models that inform trading strategies and market analysis across digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in quantitative modeling, statistics, and programming, with 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or financial research. This is a great opportunity for individuals to apply their academic training in a real-world, fast-paced environment within the digital finance sector. The role involves serving as a subject matter expert on trading team quantitative projects, engaging with stakeholders to navigate complex problems, and monitoring the performance of statistical models. The researcher will also align efforts with Anchorage’s strategic vision, share insights across teams, and mentor junior team members. Communication and Influence will be key.
