What You’ll Do:
- Own DSCR loans from Initial Processing through Clear to Close, managing a full active pipeline independently
- Consistently move loans to close while maintaining a ≤25-day median intake-to-close cycle time
- Actively drive condition clearing, document collection, and third-party coordination to prevent stalls and rework
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of direct experience processing DSCR loans from intake through close
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume DSCR pipeline, including demonstrated production velocity
- Strong working knowledge of DSCR guidelines, rental income analysis, entity borrowers, guarantors, and common execution risks
