Data Analyst V

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Python or R, and statistical techniques to identify customer experience trends and pain points.
• Synthesize customer signals from surveys, digital analytics, behavioral data, and operational metrics across the customer journey.
• Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and NLP to support interactions and generate actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, with strong SQL and Python or R skills.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or AI techniques, including Generative AI and LLMs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• Experience with CX/VoC metrics such as NPS and CSAT.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics or retail businesses and large tech companies.
