About the Role:
- Own creative strategy end-to-end for brand partners, including research, ad angles, and briefs.
- Work with 3-5 brand partners at a time, going deep into their creative and building winning ads.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with an understanding of paid media and conversion-focused content.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What to Expect:
- Weekly calls and creative training sessions, with check-ins typically between 12pm–6pm EST.
