Senior Creative Strategist

What you’ll be doing:

• Own creative strategy across paid channels, with clear accountability for performance.
• Translate performance data into creative direction, strategic angles, and testing hypotheses.
• Build out strategy for horizontal and vertical scaling, identifying which concepts to scale wide versus deeper.

What we’re looking for in you:

• 3+ years in performance, growth, or creative strategy in a high-growth or ecommerce environment.
• Track record of developing creative that scaled spend and drove meaningful revenue growth.
• Hands-on experience creating or directing ads, understanding hooks, pacing, and conversion psychology.
