Demand Generation Associate

As a Demand Generation Associate, you will be responsible for managing channels, including website chatbot, direct buy or media buying, and our gifting platform. In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director of Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing Programs, Content, and Web/Design teams. Day-to-day job duties include: Managing Qualified ChatBot Execution: Work closely with revenue operations managers to update and manage different workflows within the tool. Review and provide updated reporting on how the channel is performing and recommendations to optimize. Manage Direct Buy Channel Execution: Maintain a direct buy calendar with media purchases and commitments, promotional assets, and costs. Report on overall performance of the channel Manage Gifting Platform Execution: Support inbound and outbound sales teams with campaign builds and troubleshooting questions to support them. Key outputs: Drive pipeline and revenue. Optimize toward agreed-upon campaign KPI’s and ultimately meet agreed-upon marketing KPIs. Make sure channels are aligned and working cohesively with the sales team.
