Job Description
In the first 30 days, you will ramp on the full-stack architecture, ship a small feature end-to-end, and fix bugs across the stack.
By 90 days, you will take ownership of a feature area, lead a medium-scope project, and improve system quality with better error handling.
In 180 days, you will lead a cross-functional initiative, shape technical direction, and partner with product and compliance teams.
You might work on building secure, performant APIs, creating intuitive user interfaces, and implementing transaction monitoring dashboards.
The tech stack includes Go, TypeScript/Node.js, React, Next.js, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, and AWS.
