Job Description

As a PD Senior, you must act with great autonomy in the responsibilities below: In partnership with PMs, Devs and other members of the team, seek to understand the context of the product before starting the project. Understand the objective of the project, need or problem to be solved and the desired value delivery; Understand the deadlines, project requirements, business rules, dependencies, risks and other limitations. Support in defining clear and measurable success metrics; Plan and apply quantitative and qualitative research with external or internal clients, in order to identify motivations, needs, behaviors and pain points of each product persona's journey; Understand the business KPIs and collect data to understand the performance and improvement opportunities of the products; Identify trends and opportunities through benchmarking with direct and indirect competitors; Collaborate in defining the scope of the solution. Use journeys, flowcharts, opportunity maps, scribble frames and other tangibilization tools to help in the discussion; Think about the system architecture and use cases through detailed flowcharts and blueprints; Create wireframes that allow the validation of the content, flows and value proposition of the solution, quickly and without spending a lot of time and effort; Create high-fidelity prototypes that respect Flash's branding guides and interface patterns. Unfold the necessary breakpoints, detail the interactions and produce the navigable prototype in order to allow a realistic visualization of the experience; Create handoffs with clear and detailed documentation of use cases, business rules, interface behaviors, error and success feedbacks, tracking map, etc; Analyze and interpret the results of the projects, identifying opportunities for improvement in the presented solution. React quickly to discoveries, iterating and evolving the experience in order to achieve the expected results.
