CRO and UX Strategist

We are seeking a talented and innovative CRO and UX Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving conversion rates and enhancing user experiences through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user experience design, conversion optimization, and a deep understanding of analytics. Responsibilities include strategic development by designing and implementing comprehensive conversion rate optimization strategies, hands-on design by creating user-centered designs using wireframes and prototypes, and user experience optimization through analysis of user behavior patterns. Also includes A/B testing and experimentation, iterative improvement by collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and market research and analysis.
