WinTech is looking for a CRO Manager to deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter. Unlike companies where CRO specialists simply make recommendations, you'll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes.

Assume a pivotal position within Phiture, reporting directly to the Growth Lead and working closely with our key U.S.-based clients. Lead client projects, mentor team members, and deliver strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and impactful growth solutions. Act as a bridge between our European and U.S. teams, ensuring seamless project flow across time zones and fostering strong communication between internal teams and clients.
