Role Summary:
- Drive exceptional execution across initiatives that most directly impact revenue and profitability.
- Embed and scale the company’s growth framework across core business projects.
- Translate growth strategy into consistently excellent execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead CRO strategy across the customer journey, improving conversion rates, AOV, and retention.
- Design and execute structured experimentation programs, including A/B testing.
- Partner cross-functionally with Acquisition, Brand, Product, and Data teams.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in growth, CRO, eCommerce, or performance marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels and customer journey design.
