Responsibilities:
- Designing and Optimizing Funnels: Design, test, and iterate multi-step funnel experiences, from paid media through landing pages, onboarding flows, and initial purchase.
- Leading Funnel Development: Partner with design, development, and product teams to bring funnel ideas to life, owning the brief, QA, launch, and comprehensive reporting of performance.
- Elevating Conversion Copy: Review, audit, and elevate copy across landing pages, emails, and ad creative, ensuring all messaging is persuasive, clear, and highly conversion-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 4 years of dedicated growth marketing experience or performance marketing, with a strong focus on full-funnel design and conversion strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to audit, write, and improve conversion copy.
- Analytical rigor; comfort and proficiency with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and A/B testing tools.
